# Grow Together Initiative

> Grow Together Initiative (GTI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Killingworth, Connecticut that promotes financial literacy for kids, teens, and young adults through scholarships, mentorship, and community events.

GTI's mission is to equip young people with the financial knowledge, confidence, and life skills needed to build stronger futures. Programs cover budgeting, saving, credit, investing, entrepreneurship, and responsible money management, delivered through three core pillars: scholarships, mentorship, and community events. The organization works with mentors, volunteers, educators, families, and community partners, and also produces GTI TV, a video series featuring interviews, program updates, and real-world financial lessons.
