Grow Together Initiative offers youth financial literacy programs designed to give kids, teens, and young adults real-world money skills and the confidence to use them. From hands-on workshops to scholarships, mentorship, and community events, every GTI program is built around one goal: helping young people grow with knowledge, purpose, and support.
Financial Literacy Workshops
Our workshops make money lessons practical and engaging. Students learn budgeting, saving, credit, investing, entrepreneurship, and responsible money management through real-world examples they can apply right away. Whether it is a first bank account, a first paycheck, or a first business idea, we meet young people where they are and help them take the next step with confidence.
Scholarships for College & Trade School
Education is the foundation of opportunity. GTI scholarships provide financial assistance to deserving students pursuing college, trade school, vocational training, and career development programs. Awards are renewable to provide ongoing support, and every scholarship recipient is paired with a mentor, because we believe investing in a student means supporting the whole journey, not just the tuition bill.
Mentorship That Opens Doors
Our mentorship program connects young people with experienced professionals who offer guidance, encouragement, and real-world perspective. Through one-on-one mentor matching, group mentoring sessions, career exploration workshops, and life skills development, mentors help youth navigate challenges and plan for their futures with confidence. These relationships often continue long after a program ends, giving students a trusted adult to turn to as new opportunities and challenges arise.
